The 3-Bedroom Villa
An intimate, single-wing residence, ideal as a private retreat or an efficient investment property, without giving up the infinity pool and beachfront terrace.
Three private residences set directly on the sand of Blue Hills, where the water runs turquoise, the sunsets run long, and every villa opens straight onto the beach.
Oceanfront Villas is a boutique collection of residences built directly on the beach in Blue Hills, on the north shore of Providenciales. Designed by Signature Developments, each home shares the same architectural language (deep roof overhangs, natural stone, dark timber screens), while offering a distinct footprint to suit how you live: 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms.
Every villa is oriented to the water, with an open-plan living and dining pavilion, a private infinity pool, an outdoor bar and cabana, and direct, unobstructed access to one of the last unspoiled beaches on the island.

Every model shares the same oceanfront address and the same architectural DNA. The difference is scale: choose the footprint that fits, then make it yours.

An intimate, single-wing residence, ideal as a private retreat or an efficient investment property, without giving up the infinity pool and beachfront terrace.

The signature layout of the collection: two bedroom wings framing an open central pavilion, a cabana, and a wide beachfront pool terrace.

The most generous footprint in the collection, with expanded living spaces, additional guest quarters, and the widest beachfront frontage.
Seven private residences sit side by side along the beach road in Blue Hills, sharing 1.17 acres of beachfront land. Each sits on its own gated, landscaped lot, with the same uninterrupted view of the Caribbean Sea.
Taken directly on site, ahead of construction: the same 1.17 acres of sand and shallow, reef-calmed water the villas will be built on.
Turks & Caicos is a British Overseas Territory known for having some of the clearest water and whitest sand in the Caribbean. Blue Hills is its quiet side, a traditional fishing settlement on the island's north shore, a few minutes from the restaurants, marinas, and airport of Grace Bay, but a world away in pace.
Long before Providenciales became a resort destination, Blue Hills was (and still is) home to the island's conch and lobster fishermen. Their boats still line the beach at sunset.
The white sand of Grace Bay, the marinas, restaurants, and Providenciales International Airport are all a short drive away: close enough for convenience, far enough for privacy.
A shallow barrier reef runs just offshore, calming the water into the turquoise shallows the islands are famous for, and turning Blue Hills into one of the best sunset views on Providenciales.
